Return Process

For damaged or spoiled items, please provide a photo and the lot number found on the packaging so we can investigate the batch with our kitchen team.

Once your request is processed, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment of your favorite snacks.
- 4.Enjoy Your Snacks
Due to food safety regulations, we do not require you to ship perishable food items back to us; simply dispose of the product or share it with a friend.
